職位信息
- 崗位職責：
- 1.Be responsible for new product introduction. Provide introduction plan when management needs.
負責新產品的導入，必要時向管理層提供完整的導入計劃；
2.Create drawing and work instruction d on customer specification.
根據客戶要求制作圖紙和作業指導書；
3.Communicate with oversea sales or customer to clarify customer specifications
與國外產品工程師或客戶就圖紙中的問題進行溝通和協調；
4.Take lead of production pilot run.
負責產線試生產
5.Continuously optimize process and product to reduce scrap and improve efficiency
不斷優化工藝，協助生產降低報廢，提高效率；
6.Preparation of new toolings and fixtures.
相關機器設備的詢價與申購；
7.Guide and assist sample team to fabricate first article samples
指導和協助樣品小組制作樣品；
8.Take lead to finish PFMEA of new products
主導完成新產品的FMEA;
9.Other job assignment by supervisor.
工程部經理安排的其它工作。
- 任職要求：
- 1.Bachelor degree in related mechanical or electronically Science/Engineering
大專及以上學歷，機械或電子相關專業。
2.5+ years’ working experience as engineer in High Speed cable assembling companies
5年及以上高速線束行業工作經驗
3.Good at English reading/writing, average speaking and listening is accepted.
英文讀寫熟練，能簡單交流。
